Launch offer terms

1. The offer. The first 1,000 people to create an Alfa Appliances account and confirm their email address from 6 November 2026 get a £20 credit (the “credit”). The promoter is Alfa Appliances Ltd.
2. Who can take part. UK residents aged 18 or over, with a delivery address we cover. New accounts only. One credit per person, per email address and per household (delivery address).
3. How places are given. A place is given when you confirm your email address while places are left, in the order confirmations reach us. The counter on our website shows places left; it updates every minute, so it can briefly be behind. Accounts made before 6 November 2026 get their credit the first time they visit their account from that date, while places last.
4. Closing date. New credits are given until 31 December 2026 or until all 1,000 have gone, whichever comes first.
5. Using your credit. Use it once, on one online order placed while logged in, by 1 April 2027. The order must include large appliances (for example washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, dishwashers, cookers and built-in ovens) worth £199 or more at their own price, not counting delivery, installation, removal or other extras. Hobs, cooker hoods, microwaves and wine coolers don’t count towards the £199. Items bought at a sale or deal price (including Black Friday prices) don’t count towards the £199 either.
6. Other offers. The credit can’t be used on sale or deal prices (including Black Friday). You can use it alongside our installation and removal offers. It has no cash value, can’t be exchanged, transferred or split across orders, and any amount not used on the order is lost.
7. Returns and cancellations. If you cancel or return the order, we refund what you actually paid. If you cancel before delivery, we’ll put the credit back on your account if the offer is still running (until 1 April 2027); otherwise the credit can’t be reissued.
8. Fair use. We may refuse or cancel a credit, or an order using one, if we reasonably believe the offer is being misused, for example several accounts for one person or household. We may end or change the offer early only if something outside our control means we have to, and we’ll say so on this page; credits already given will still be honoured.
9. Your consumer rights are not affected. Personal information is used as set out in our privacy notice.
