Terms of sale
These terms apply when you order from www.alfaappliances.uk. Please read them with our delivery, returns and warranty terms, which form part of them.
1. Who we are
Alfa Appliances Ltd, 105 Stoke Newington High Street, London N16 0PH. Company no. 14996565. VAT no. GB 444 4353 02. Contact us on WhatsApp, on 020 7923 4080 or at alfaappliancesltd@gmail.com.
2. Your order and our contract
When you pay, we email you an order confirmation. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can’t accept your order (for example, the appliance is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing mistake), we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. Delivery and any extras are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Stock
We sell from our own stock and from our suppliers. If an appliance you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery is described in our delivery terms. The appliance is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you or someone you nominated.
6. Cancelling and returns
Your right to cancel an online order within 30 days of delivery, and your rights if an appliance is faulty, are explained in our returns terms.
7. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We don’t exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights. We only supply appliances for domestic and private use.
8. Your personal information
We use your information as described in our privacy notice.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
